An employee reported someone had dumped 2 dryers, a washer, and a
stove into a University dumpster. Investigation is continuing.
Officers investigated a minor motor vehicle accident on Central Drive.
Officers responded to a fight which occurred in the stairwell in Benton
Dorm. The fight involved an RA and another student. Charges are
pending.
Officers responded to an affray which occurred in front of the
University Center. Several individuals advised that they were attacked by
four males. Three students were transported by the SEC Team to Harris
Regional Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the fight. Two
students and one non-student were charged with Assault Inflicting
Serious Bodily Injury, Simple Assault, Affray, and Obstruct and Delay.
Charges against a third student are pending.
