INCIDENTS

Officers arrested a male student on charges of intimidating a state's
witness and communicating threats at 8:30 a. m. The student allegedly
communicated threats against a state's witness.

Officers served a criminal summons on a student for issuing a worthless
check in Caldwell County.

Officers assisted contractors in clearing an area for paving at the
Watertower lot at 4:00 p. m.

Officers were summoned to the 4th floor of Scott on a report of the odor
of marijuana at 4:00 p. m. They detected only the odor of incense.

Officers investigated a traffic accident in the Reid lot at 5:50 p. m.

Officers responded to a noise complaint in front of Dodson Cafeteria at
9:10 p. m. Officers found approximately 25 students in the area, but
found them to be violating no law or policies.

SECURITY VIOLATIONS

Stadium: Players gate and southwest gate open at 0006.
Hoey: Door #1a ajar at 0023.
Stillwell: Door #2a ajar at 0035.
Reid: Door #B100 unlocked at 0132.
