INCIDENTS

Officers responded to a fire alarm in Niggli caused by people using a fog
machine at 2:30 p. m.

Officers cited a male student for exceeding a safe speed at 4:01 p. m.

Officers assisted Jackson County deputies in serving a warrant for
assault on a male non-student who was staying with his girlfriend in
Scott Hall at 2:40 p. m. WCU officers charged the subject with
trespassing in connection with an incident which occurred on campus
and had been banned from campus at that time.

Officers responded to a report of the odor of marijuana on the 1st floor
of Helder at 8:54 p. m. The incident was referred to Housing.

Officers responded to an alarm in Walker Hall at 11:16 p. m. cause by line
trouble.

Officers assisted Housing staff and SECT with a female student who
had taken an overdose of medication in Scott at 10:51 p. m. The student
was transported to Harris Regional by WestCare, treated and released.

On 4/28 at 11:46 p. m., a member of the faculty reported that a male and
a female were loading computers into a vehicle in front of Stillwell.
Officers checked a male and a female in front of Stillwell, but they were
not the ones who were reported.
