INCIDENTS

A male student was polygraphed by an SBI agent at Field House as a
part of ongoing investigation of theft of $1,400.00 ring from Reid in April.

In follow up to burned book placed on door of Professor on 5-11, the
student was identified and referred to the Acting Dean of the Honors
College.

Officers received a report of a larceny of a bookbag which occurred on
5-10 at 1315 in Chic Filet/UC. Incident was not reported until 5-12 at
1045.

At 1100 officers investigated an incident in which a female student's
brakes went out and went over an embankment near Jenkin's garage.

At 1410, officers investigated a suspicious vehicle parked in HFR lot.
Officers found it was a student waiting on another student.

Officers arrested a male student at 1250 at McKee on two warrants for
assault with a deadly weapon and served one criminal summons for
injury to personal property. These offenses occurred off campus and
service was made at request of Jackson Co. Sheriff's Dept.

Officers continued with an investigation involving a domestic and
harassing phone calls directed at a staff member at HFR. A warrant was
obtained on the offender and was served by Macon Co. Sheriff
Deputies.

Officers investigated damage to property involving the car of a female
student parked in Buchanan lot at 1622. Minor damage.

Officers investigated a theft of several personal items and 48 cd's from
at room in Leatherwood at 1740.

At 2020, an officer found a male student in Leatherwood in possession
of a mixed drink. The incident was reported to housing.

Assistance was requested from Leatherwood AC in reference to noise
disturbance at 2241. Officers spoke to residents of two rooms.

At 2126, officers investigated the discharge of fireworks in
Albright-Benton area. Officers remained in area for a while.

At 2153, officers responded to the 2nd-4th Floor of Harrill in reference to
a smoke alarm believed to have been caused by students smoking and/or
burning incense.

At 2220, officers responded to a trash can fire in Walker. The fire had
been put out by the RA before the officer arrived. The officer believes
the origin was accidental.

At 0055, officers responded to a report of a loud noise/explosion in the
area of Albright. A bleach bomb had been set off in the hallway in the
west end of the building.

At 0239, officers responded to an incident involving the discharge of a
fire extinguisher on the 3rd floor of Harrill which set off the fire alarm. No
suspects were identified.

At 0303, officers responded to the activation of a pull station alarm on
the 1st floor South of Reynolds.

At 0430, officers arrested a male student for underage possession of
alcohol in Walker.

Officers investigated the larceny of the Albright-Benton sign at 0630.
