Officers responded to a fire alarm in Walker Dorm which was caused by
a faulty light.
An employee reported a dog that was inside the stockroom at Dodson
had bitten him. The Animal shelter took the dog and the employee went to
Harris Regional to receive medical attention.
An employee at the Library reported a suspicious person was in there on
Friday. The reporting officer was unable to locate the person. The
employee will call when they see them again.
Officers assisted LEA in trying to locate a subject that had been involved
in a fight at a fraternity house. Offices were unable to locate the subject.
A student reported that a dog was in the back of a parked truck in the
Upper UC Lot. Officers spoke to the owner of the vehicle and advised
them not to leave the dog unattended on campus. The owner was
cooperative.
Officers assisted a concerned parent who was unable to make contact
with her son. The officer found the son and he advised he had just
spoken to his mother and everything was okay.
