A male student charged with a provisional licensee violation in the spring
pled guilty in District Court in Sylva. He received a 30-day sentence
which was suspended for one year. He was place on probation for one
year, fined $100 and court cots. He was ordered to have an alcohol
assessment and to perform 24 hours of community service work.
Housing staff reported a dog in Walker Hall at 12:08 p. m. Officers
responded and transported the dog to the shelter.
A student in Albright reported that someone was illegally accessing his
computer at 8:10 p. m.
A passing motorist reported a water leak at the concession stand at
Hennon Stadium at 6:56 p. m. Officers discovered that a break-in had
occurred and the inside of the building had been vandalized.
