On 7/12 at 8:02 p. m., counselors from the Upward Bound program in
Harrill reported that a small baggie of marijuana seeds had been found in
a desk. It appears that the seeds had been there since the spring
semester. Officers destroyed the contraband.
Officers impounded a vehicle which had been parked in the Coulter lot
since the spring session. The owner arrived on campus after 5:00 p. m.
and reported the vehicle stolen. He was informed that it had been towed.
At 11:45 a. m., a female student reported that she had lost her CatCard
and someone had used it for purchases totaling over $200. Officers
identified a female suspect in the incident who admitted to finding the card
in Albright Hall and using it for purchases at vending machines in Albright,
Stillwell, and for purchases made at the Bookstore. Charges are pending.
Officers patrolling in Albright found a male student who was underage
consuming alcohol at 9:29 p. m. The incident was referred to Housing.
