INCIDENTS

Officers cited a male non-student for allowing a passenger to ride on his
motorcycle without a helmet at 11:50 a. m. Before the citation was
issued, the driver and passenger were stopped and warned. They were
seen riding in the same manner a second time and cited.

Officers investigated a traffic accident at 3:50 p. m. in front of the
Mayor's office. One male non-student involved was cited for failing to
have an operator's license.

A student reported that her car was damaged while it was parked near
Helder between 3:00 p. m. and 3:30 p. m.

Officers arrested a male non-student in connection with the break-in of
several cars which occurred at Helder last week. Bond was set at
$9000.

Officers responded to a report of marijuana present in a room on the 7th
floor of Scott Hall at 4:00 p. m. At that time, the occupant of the room
who owned the very small amount of marijuana was warned and the
incident was referred to Student Development. However, the female
student involved became involved in a disturbance later over the incident
and officers charged her with simple possession at 8:35 p. m.

A female non-student reported that her car was struck by a gold
Chevrolet Blazer near Scott Hall at 5:20 p. m. No damage resulted, but the
driver of the other vehicle did not stop.

Housekeeping staff reported that they had found three students in the
library after closing hours and escorted them out at 9:35 p. m.

Officers responded to a report of bottles being thrown from windows in
Scott at 1:39 a. m. No contact with suspects.

Ramsey: Door #71 open at 0126.
