INCIDENTS

At 4:40 a. m. on 9/10, a parent requested the officers deliver an
emergency message to her daughter, however, communications staff
found that the daughter is not a student at WCU.

At 10:24 a. m. on 9/10, officers contacted the owner of a vehicle which
was leaking gas at Benton.

At 4:45 p. m on 9/10, officers investigated a report of the odor of
marijuana on the 7th floor of Scott. The source was not identified.

At 8:15 p. m. on 9/10, officers cited a male student for driving with an
expired operator's license.

At 11:20 p. m. on 9/10, officers investigated the report of marijuana odor
coming from a room on the 3rd floor of Walker. No contact with the
occupants.

At 1:21 a. m. on 9/11, officers assisted Housing staff with a loud party in
Walker.

At 10:30 a. m. on 9/11, officers spoke with two bus drivers who had
parked on the grass at the track for a high school cross country meet.

At 8:15 p. m. on 9/11, officers stopped and questioned a male who was
riding in a vehicle and yelling obscenities at officers near Harrill. The
incident was referred to Student Affairs.

At 8:15 p. m. on 9/11, officers cited a male student for parking in a
handicapped space at Harrill.

At 4:20 a. m. on 9/12, officers responded to the ninth floor of Walker
where a male student from Albright had overdosed on alcohol. The
student was transported to Harris Regional, treated, and released.

At 5:28 a. m. on 9/12, a Housing staff member reported that her car had
been struck by paint balls while it was parked at Walker.

At 11:45 a. m. on 9/12, officers found two subjects inside the computer
store and found that they were contracted employees who were putting
shelves together.

At 10:20 p. m. on 9/12, officers investigated a report of the odor of
marijuana on the 4th floor of Leatherwood and arrested a male student
for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and underage
possession of alcohol.

At 12:20 a. m. on 9/13, a student reported that her car was scratched
while it was parked at the Methodist Church between 9/12 and 9/13.

Stadium: Players gate open at 0031 on 9/13.
Belk: Door #1c ajar at 0054 on 9/13.
Niggli: Door #7b open at 0050 on 9/12.
Nat Science: Door #3 open at 0040 on 9/12.
Brown: Door #3 open at 0010 on 9/12.
Moore: Door #3 unlocked at 2326 on 9/12.
