INCIDENTS

At 7:59 a. m., a student reported that a neighbor had borrowed a video
tape and refused to return it. The tape was later returned.

At 9:00 a. m., a student reported that she was receiving harassing phone
calls in Reynolds.

At 2:39 p. m., officers assisted WCU EMS with a staff member who had a
severe asthma attack at Dodson Cafeteria.

At 3:30 p. m., officers assisted with a report of a cat inside a furniture
storage room in Hoey. No contact with the cat.

At midnight, a student in Leatherwood reported that he had been
threatened by a male non-student. Officers attempted to locate the
subject, but it appears that he had left campus.

SECURITY VIOLATIONS

Breese: Door #3 unlocked at 0022.
Hoey: Door #4 ajar at 0037.
Stadium: Players gate open at 0044.
Reid: Door #11c unlocked at 0114.
Belk: Door #16 unlocked at 0136.
