INCIDENTS

On 9/27 at 12:30 p. m., officers served a criminal summons on a female
student for issuing a worthless check to Ingles' in March 1999.

In District Court in Sylva, charges were dismissed against a former head
resident on payment of restitution to the victim as a part of a plea
bargaining arrangement between the District Attorney and the
defendant's attorney.

At 2:35 p. m., a student reported that someone had stolen her
handicapped hang tag from her vehicle while it was parked at Forsyth on
9/23.

At 7:07 p. m., a female student reported that her $60 in cash and a
personal check had been stolen from her back pack after it was left at
the University Center between 1:30 p. m. and 7:07 p. m.

At 9:45 p. m., officers reported that an Aramark employee was struck by
a vehicle and injured while riding a bicycle near the bridge on NC 1002 in
Cullowhee.

At 9:52 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm in Harrill caused by line
trouble.

At 11:15 p. m., a student reported that she was receiving harassing
phone calls in Helder.

At 1:20 a. m., officers responded to a report of loud noise in front of
Harrill and escorted one student to his room.

At 1:35 a. m., officers found a parking sign in the road near Harrill and
stored it.

At 2:05 a. m., a student in Helder who had reported receiving harassing
phone on 9/19, reported that the matter had been settled.

SECURITY VIOLATIONS

Stadium: Players gate open at 2345.
Belk: Door #1c and 8 ajar and 16 unlocked at 0152.
Camp: Door #1a ajar at 0129.
