At 10:15 a. m., an employee reported that a WCU-owned digital camera
had been stolen from the Quality Inn in Boone where she was attending
a conference. The incident was reported to the Boone police.
At 11:10 a. m., officers assisted Jackson County deputies who were
conducting interviews related to the break-in at Subway reported this
weekend.
At 5:44 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm at Scott caused by dust
from construction in the area.
At 6:20 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm in NCCAT caused by line
trouble.
At 12:35 p. m., a student reported that his sunroof was broken and a
door handle broken from his vehicle while it was parked in the Field
House lot between 10/12 and 10/13.
At 10:30 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm in the Old Student Union
caused by line trouble.
At 12:10 a. m., officers confiscated a pen lazer from two students in
Harrill who had shined the lazer on officer's chest from the 9th floor.
The incident is referred to Student Affairs.
At 12:20 a. m., a delivery person from GJ's Pizza reported two pizzas
stolen from his vehicle while it was parked beside Albright at 12:05 a. m.
Also stolen were two compact disc cases with 30 to 40 disks in each
case. The owner is offering a $100 reward for the return of the CDs.

At 12:51 a. m., officers assisted WCU EMS with a female student who
was having a seizure in front of Harrill Hall. The student was
transported to Harris Regional by WestCare. She was treated and
released.
At 2:20 a. m., officers assisted Jackson County deputies who were
attempting to locate a student in Leatherwood on a warrant charging him
with failing to appear in court. The student was not at home.
