INCIDENTS

As a result of a continuing investigation, the suspect in an indecent
exposure which occurred in Scott on 10/8 was identified. Charges
and/disciplinary action are pending.

At 8:35 a. m., Music Department faculty reported the theft of a tenor
saxophone from a locker in the building. The theft occurred between May
10 and August 1.

At 11:30 a. m., two female students reported a physical confrontation
with a male student in the UC. The incident is referred to Student Affairs.

At 5:30 p. m., Housekeeping staff reported a parking problem at Stillwell.

At 7:59 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm at Stillwell caused by a
fog machine in the Theater Department.

At 11:25 p. m., Housing staff reported a fire extinguisher case broken in
Leatherwood. Officers identified the male student who broke the glass,
found him to be highly intoxicated, and referred him to Housing for
follow-up action.

Officers impounded 3 vehicles for parking on campus after parking
privileges were revoked.

SECURITY VIOLATION

Stadium: Players gate open at 0019.
Reid: Door #10 ajar at 0112.
