INCIDENTS

At 4:45 p. m., officers participated in a mock accident at Dodson in
connection with Alcohol Awareness Week sponsored by WCU EMS.

At 5:04 p. m., officers investigated a traffic accident in front of Reid Gym.

At 7:00 p. m., officers provide traffic control and security for the Royal
Hanneford Circus at the Ramsey Center.

At 9:53 p. m., officers investigated a traffic accident at Walker Hall.

At 7:15 p. m., a female student reported that her registration plate was
stolen from her vehicle between 10/20 and 10/21 while the car was
parked at Killian.

At 9:57 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm at the Old Student Union
caused by line trouble.

At 8:02 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm on the 4th floor of Scott
caused by cigar smoke in a room there. Two residents of the room were
referred to Housing for failing to vacate the building during the alarm.

At 1:15 a. m., a vehicle was towed from the fire lane at Walker where
Physical Plant workers were attempting to repair a water main break. At
3:54 a. m., officers discovered that someone had damaged the vehicle
and the impound lot fence by trying to drive the vehicle through the fence.
The investigation is continuing.
