At 8:20 a. m., a student reported that her car was damaged while it was
parked in the Field House lot between 10/24 and 10/26. Report will follow
tomorrow.
At 4:00 p. m., a student reported that she was receiving harassing e-mail
and phone calls from a male student from one of her classes. Officers
counseled the suspect and warned him to cease contact with the victim.
The investigation is continuing.
At 4:07 p. m., a student reported that two mirrors had been stolen from
his vehicle while it was parked in the Field House lot between 10/25 and
10/26.
At 4:08 p. m., officers discovered a second vehicle which had the mirrors
removed parked in the Field House lot and contacted the owner to file a
report.
At 5:42 p. m., officers arrested a male student from Scott on charges of
indecent exposure in connection with an incident which occurred in Scott
over fall break. Court date is set for November 30 in District Court in
Sylva.
At 7:02 p. m., a student reported that his cellular phone had been lost or
stolen. The exact location of the incident is not known.
At 7:13 p. m., a student reported that someone had broken a window
from his vehicle with a beer bottle between 10/25 and 10/26 while it was
parked near Benton.
At 7:55 p. m., officers impounded a vehicle for parking on campus after
parking privileges were revoked.
