INCIDENTS

At 8:00 a. m., Appalachian State police provided a copy of a report
indicating that a male WCU student had vandalized several vehicles and
participated in a fight following the WCU/ASU game on Saturday. The
incident is referred to Student Affairs.

At 1:56 p. m., officers investigated a traffic accident which occurred at
Catamount Road and Forest Hills Road.

At 3:29 p. m., officers impounded a vehicle for parking on campus when
privileges were revoked.

At 3:57 p. m., officers cited a male student for driving the wrong way on
a one-way street in front of Scott Hall.

At 4:30 p. m., officers on patrol noted the odor of marijuana coming from a
room on the first floor of Benton Hall. Officers arrested two male
students for possession of paraphernalia and referred three male
students to Student Affairs for drug violations in the room.

At 10:10 p. m., officers cited a female student for driving while license
revoked at Harrill Hall.

At 1:30 a. m., officers assisted a student retrieve her keys from an
elevator shaft in Walker.

At 3:40 a. m., officers arrested a female student for DWI after seeing her
drive into a lane of oncoming traffic on Central Drive. Intoxilyzer results
were .11%.

SECURITY VIOLATIONS

Belk: Door #1c ajar at 0140.
Stadium: Players gate open at 0101.
Moore: Door #11 ajar at 0021.
Niggli: Door #3a unlocked at 0032.
