INCIDENTS

At 9:52 a. m. on 11/19, officers assisted a student who suffered a
seizure in Natural Science. The subject was transported to Student
Health by WCU EMS.

At 4:00 p. m. on 11/19, a student in Harrill reported that a cellular phone
was stolen from his room on the 4th floor while his door was unlocked.

At 11:00 p. m. on 11/19, a student reported that someone had stolen her
wallet and keys from her room on the first floor of Helder Hall.

At 11:30 p. m. on 11/19, officers investigated a report of a sexual assault
which allegedly occurred in the bathroom on the 3rd floor of Benton Hall.
The suspect, a male non-student visiting a friend in Benton, was
interviewed and released pending the completion of the investigation.

At 1:11 a. m. on 11/21, officers assisted Housing staff in Walker with an
alcohol violation and referred one male student to Housing for follow-up
action.

At 2:15 a. m. on 11/20, officers responded to a report of persons stuck in
an elevator in Harrill. Finding no one in the elevator and that the elevators
were not working properly, they turned them off and notified the Physical
Plant.

At noon on 11/20, an employee reported that she had lost her keys during
Open House. They were found by her fellow employees and returned to
her.

At 1:12 p. m. on 11/20, an employee reported that her car was damaged
by a hit & run driver while it was parked in front of Brown.

At 5:13 p. m., an employee of the Ramsey Center reported that his keys
had been stolen, but he found them a short time later.

At 6:21 p. m. on 11/20, officers impounded a vehicle for parking on
campus after privileges were revoked.

At 11:50 p. m. on 11/20, officers investigated the odor of marijuana on the
3rd floor of Reynolds and arrested a female student for possession of
marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

At 1:50 p. m. on 11/21, a student reported that his bicycle was damaged
while it was locked in front of Scott Hall between 11/20 and 11/21.

At 2:30 p. m. on 11/21, officers assisted Forest Service investigators
who were attempting to locate witnesses to the source of a fire.

At 11:05 p. m. on 11/21, housekeeping staff in Reid reported that
someone had written on a door with chalk.

At 11:30 p. m. on 11/21, Housing staff reported smoke bombs being
thrown from the windows of Harrill Hall. Officers arrived, but the activity
stopped.

At 4:23 p. m. on 11/21, officers responded to a fire alarm in Scott caused
by smoke coming from a microwave in the Housing Office. There was no
fire.

At 2:00 a. m. on 11/22, officers investigated several reports of harassing
phone calls from several locations on campus.

At 4:45 a. m. on 11/22, officers impounded two vehicles for parking on
campus after privileges were revoked.

Killian: Windows open at 2256 on 1120.
Forsyth: Door #3a ajar at 2303 on 11/20.
Reid: Door #1be unlocked at 2306 on 11/20.
Graham: Doors leading to administrative offices unlocked at 0029 on
11/20.
Dodson: Door #14 ajar at 0103 and mechanical room unlocked on 11/20.
Reid: Door #1f unlocked at 0110 on 11/20.
Camp: Door #10b ajar at 0132 on 11/20.
Brown: Loading dock door ajar at 2400 on 11/22.
Motor Pool: Front gate open at 0030.
Stillwell: Door #1b, 2, and greenhouse unlocked and 7b ajar at 0038 on
11/22.
Killian: Door #7ab unlocked at 0051 on 11/22.
Nat Science: Door #2 and 4 ajar at 0052 on 11/22.
Niggli: Door #1b ajar at 0055 on 11/22.
McKee: Door #1dcef, 2b, and 7a ajar at 0101 on 11/22.
Belk: Door #4 unlocked at 0131 on 11/22.
