At 12:10 p. m. at the WCU/Citadel football game, officer cited a male
student for underage drinking.
At 10:30 a. m., a female student from Buchanan reported that she had
received a series of harassing phone calls at 2:50 a. m.
At 1:30 p. m. a female student from Harrill reported that she had received
a series of harassing phone calls at 11:30 p. m. on 11/21.
At 4:00 p. m., a student reported that his girlfriend's car had been keyed
while it was parked at Reynolds on 11/20.
At 6:57 p. m., a motorist complained that students at Dodson Plaza had
stopped her car during a fund-raising event. Officers warned the group
that fund-raisers may not be conducted on the roadway.
At 8:59 p. m., Housings staff reported a suspicious odor on th 6th floor of
Scott. Officers identified the odor as incense and Housing staff warned
the residents using it.
At 3:35 a. m., a student reported the odor of smoke in Walker on the 7th
and 9th floors. Officers detected the odor of burned popcorn on the 7th
floor and incense on the 8th floor.
