INCIDENTS

As a result of a continuing investigation in connection with the report from
November 29 on the misuse of funds from a student account, it was
discovered that the student in charge of the club account had borrowed
and returned money on two occasions. The District Attorney elected not
to prosecute and the dishonest acts were referred to Student Affairs for
disciplinary action.

At 8:55 a. m. Housing staff reported that paint balls had been fired at a
vehicle behind Scott overnight. While searching for the paint ball gun,
officers arrested two male students from Walker for possession of drug
paraphernalia.

At 3:15 p. m., two students reported that articles had been stolen from
their vehicles while they were parked in the Walker A lot 11/30 at 9:00 p.
m. and 12/1 at 3:15 p. m. A license plate was stolen from one vehicle and
two tail light lenses were stolen from the other.

At 3:45 p. m., a student in Harrill reported that a speaker box was stolen
from his room on the 3rd floor between 11/30 and 12/1.

At 4:53 p. m., officers investigated a report of marijuana use on the 3rd
floor of Walker Hall. No evidence of marijuana use was found.

At 5:21 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm at Moore Hall caused by
a power failure.

At 5:49 p. m., officers responded to an activated call box at Ramsey and
found that it had been activated accidently as a child bumped into it.

At 9:45 p. m., officers investigated a report of a suspicious odor on the
4th floor of Helder. No evidence of marijuana was found.

At 4:35 a. m., officers responded to a fire alarm at Hoey caused by
system trouble.
