At 1:30 p. m., a student from Harrill reported that someone had stolen his
wallet from his room and used a credit card to make purchases at three
stores in Asheville in the amount of approximately $650.
At 2:00 p. m., offices investigated a traffic accident in front of Wachovia
Bank.
At 4:00 p.m., a female student reported that she had been receiving
harassing phone calls in Scott.
At 4:30 p. m., a female student reported that her former boyfriend, a male
student, had threatened her. She did not wish to press charges.
Officers warned the suspect to discontinue contact with the victim.
At 5:51 p. m., officers reported an alarm problem at Stillwell.
At 7:36 p. m., officers referred a male student to Housing for follow up
action after finding alcohol in his room on the 4th floor of Walker. Officers
had been investigating the odor of marijuana in the area.
At 7:55 p. m., officers cited a female student for failing to carry a drivers
license after stopping her for speeding and running a stop sign on
Centennial Drive.
At 9:35 p. m., officers assisted deputies in an attempt to locate a subject
for service of a criminal summons. No contact was made with the
subject.
