INCIDENTS

(Because of a computer problem, copies of reports will be forwarded
tomorrow).

A female student pled guilty to DWI in District Court in Sylva. She was
received a 30-days suspended sentence, a fine of $100 and costs, 24
hours of community service work, and was ordered to complete an
alcohol assessment.

At 11:05 a. m., a female student reported that she had lost her keys in the
area of Stillwell, Natural Science, or McKee.

At 1:34 p. m., a female student reported that she was physically
restrained by a male student at a party at the KA House on 12/12.

At 3:45 p. m., a male student reported that he someone shot a paint ball at
him as he was entering Harrill Hall at 2:30 a. m. on Sunday.

At 4:45 p. m., officers impounded a vehicle for parking on campus after
privileges were revoked.

At 6:56 p. m., officers cited a female student for failing to stop at a stop
sign on Centennial Drive.

At 8:37 p. m., officers returned property to a student at the Field House
and reported that the student was intoxicated at the time.

At 8:59 p. m., officers responded to a fire alarm at the OSU caused by
problems in the system.

At 8:44 p. m., officers responded to a report of two disorderly persons at
Brown Cafeteria. Both had left the area when officers arrived.

At 9:05 p. m., officers reported a suspicious vehicle in the upper Harrill
lot.

SECURITY VIOLATIONS

Breese: Door #2 unlocked because of a mechanical problem at 9:51 p. m.
Stillwell: Door #1b ajar at 0017.
Nat Science: Door #5a unlocked at 0027.
