Tonight shortly before 2:00 am the router known as rtp8 had a linecard
to fail. The linecard that failed was the OC12 SRP that connects rtp8 to
the rest of the NCREN network. We were able to get the card back online
and traffic is routing as it was before the outage. During the outage
all traffic was routed through alternate connections. Sites that were
effected are listed below. If you have any questions please let us know
