Description of work to be performed:
NCREN engineers will be performing a router hardware upgrade in the Charlotte RPOP. The 12008 series GSR that connects NCREN to Level3 and Qwest in Charlotte will be replaced with a 12410 series GSR router with a more advanced router processor.
This router upgrade will disrupt service to the commodity Internet and Internet2 for the customers that connect to the Charlotte RPOP.

Davidson College
Johnson & Wales University
Lees-McRae College
Mars Hill College
Montreat College
Mt. Pisgah Academy
