Description of work to be performed:
Dukenet will be rerouting fiber optic cable and splicing some cable at the Charlotte RPoP facility. As a result, this will take down our upstream connection to Level 3. All traffic leaving NCREN via Level 3 in Charlotte will exit via our Level 3 peer in Raleigh.
