We had an outage this afternoon to NLR and SoX. The outage was caused by
a failed 10G transponder. The 10G transponder is used to get service
from Departure Dr, which is where we connect to NLR and SoX, out to
MCNC. The transponder has been replaced and service has been restored.
The outage lasted one hour and eight minutes. During the outage all
traffic moved to our Qwest and Level3 connections. If you have any
