This afternoon our NLR connections have been experiencing moments of
instability. Our peers to Atlanta and Washington have been bouncing. The
peers are down for the length of time it takes BGP to reestablish, which
is less than 60 seconds. Each time the peers go down, the NLR routes are
removed from the routing table. The engineers at NLR are working on the
problem. The problem seems to be effecting most of NLR's customers. The
problem seems to happen once a hour. The last time was at 4:19 pm. If
