Description of work to be performed:
On Saturday November 10, Level3 will be rerouting a section of fiber in North Raleigh. This work will affect active circuits on the MCNC triangle WDM ring. The affected circuit include one of our four 1gige connection to Level3. Other circuit that will be affected are:
1G NCSSM backup from MCNC to NCSSM
1G from ITS to MCNC (connection to rtp7600)
1G from ITS (DOJ) to MCNC
10G from RENCI to Departure
10G for Enlighten from MCNC to Departure Dr.
The maintenance window starts at 10:00 pm on 11/10/07 and will run through 6:00 am on 11/11/07. If you have any questions. Please let us know (trouble@ncren.net or 919-248-1111).
