    8:30 AM Warrants Campus Arrest
                    Officers served a misdemeanor larceny warrant on a
                    male student.

    10:30 AM Financial Transaction Card Theft Campus Arrest
                    Officers arrested a female student on two felony charges
    for
                    financial card theft. The Sylva Police Department
    charged the
                    student with 3 misdemeanor charges and the Jackson
    County
                    Sheriff's Office charged her with 6 charges. A $13,000
    secured bond
                    was set.

    12:48 PM Larceny Counseling Center Further
    Investigation
                    Officers are investigating the theft of a WCU rug from
    the Counseling
                    Center entrance.

    2:25 PM Report Scott Hall Complete
                    A student reported that he ordered a music CD from a
    reputable
                    on-line company. When the CD came it had a sticker on
    it
                    that said it was for promotional purposes only and was
    not
                    for resale. The student wanted to make sure that a
    report was
                    filed in case of a problem.

    7:19 PM Damaged Vehicle Leatherwood Lot Report
                    A student reported that his vehicle was damaged by a
                    water balloon.

                    Officers responded to a fire alarm. There was no fire.
