    INCIDENTS

    4/16 6:15 p. m. PROTEST HOEY/DODSON REPORT
                            A protester appeared outside Hoey Auditorium before the presentation
                            of the Laramie Project. Officers convinced the protester to move to
                            the free speech area at Dodson Plaza. No problems arose and the
                            protester, a local preacher, returned on 4/17 and 4/18.

            7:30 p. m. CANDLES BURNING MCKEE REFERRED
                            Housekeepers reported they found candles had been left burning in
                            an office is McKee. Referred to the dean and the safety office.

    4/17 12:04 a. m. INTOXICATED FEMALE WALKER REFERRED
                            Officers assisted WCU EMS with an intoxicated female who was
                            passed out and then became combative in the lobby of Walker.
                            The subject was transported to Harris Regional for treatment.

            1:47 a. m. DISTURBANCE BENTON LOT WARNING
                            Officer responded to a report of noise in the Benton lot and
                            found approximately 20 male students outside. Officers asked
                            them to keep the noise down.

            1:52 a. m. SPEEDING CAMPUS CITATION
                            Officers cited a male student for speeding 41 mph in a 20 mph zone.

            2:15 a. m. STOP SIGN CAMPUS CITATION
                            Officers cited a male student for running a stop sign.

            3:56 p. m. LARCENY REYNOLDS INVESTIGATION
                            A student reported that someone had written in the dust on his car
                            and stolen his gas cap. Officers talked to the brother of the victim's
                            ex-girlfriend and then referred the situation between the two students
                            to Student Affairs for mediation.

            5:17 p. m. ASSIST LEA MOSS APTS. REPORT
                            Jackson County requested a female officer to assist with a search
                            of a female at Moss Apartments.

    4/18 3:28 p. m. SUSPICIOUS ODOR SCOTT HALL NO CONTACT
                            Officers received a report of a suspicious odor on the 5th floor of
                            Scott Hall and determined that the odor was not drug related.
