INCIDENTS

10/29 1510 LARCENY/FRAUD CAMPUS INVESTIGATION
                A student reported that someone had stolen her CatCard and had used it
                at the Cyber Cafe and possible other locations. The investigation is con-
                tinuing.

        2143 MARIJUANA WACHOVIA REFERRED
                Officers stopped a 16 year old male driving through campus and found
                him in possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
                His mother was contacted and came to pick him up. No charges.

10/30 0001 ALCOHOL VIOLATION HARRILL LOT ARREST
                Officers cited a female student with underaged possession of alcohol
                after they found her with beer behind Harrill and she lied about her age.

        0100 ALCOHOL VIOLATION METHODIST CHURCH LOT ARREST
                Officers charged a male non-student with underaged possession of alcohol
                after they saw him with beer in the Methodist Church parking lot and he
                lied about his age.

        0121 ALCOHOL VIOLATION SCOTT REFERRED
                Officers found two male students in possession of beer in front of Scott.
                They were referred to Judicial Affairs for underaged possession.

        0354 FIRE ALARM STILLWELL NO FIRE
                Caused by phone fault.

        0440 LOST CAT CARD SIGMA CHI REPORT
                A student reported that she had lost her CatCard at the Sigma Chi
                haunted trail.

10/31 0111 FIRE ALARM/VANDALISM CENTRAL DRIVE HALL INVESTIGATION
                Officers responded to a fire alarm at Central Drive and found that someone
                had sprayed a fire extinguisher in the C building stairwell. The fire depart-
                ment was called to help get the powder out of the air.

        0104 ASSIST LEA TKE HOUSE ASSIST
                Officers assisted deputies with a fight at the TKE House where they found
                approximately 200 people in the area but could not locate a fight.

        0137 INFORMATION TKE HOUSE REPORT
                Sheriff Ashe reported that a party at the TKE House had been closed
                down after people blocked the roads and deputies responded to two
                fight calls and more loud music complaints.

        0148 FIGHT TKE HOUSE REPORT
                Officers stopped a vehicle and found that the driver had injuries from a
                fight that occurred at the TKE House.

        0304 FIRE ALARM OUTREACH NO FIRE
                Caused by communications trouble.

        1500 SUSPICIOUS PERSON LEATHERWOOD BAN
                Officers responded to a report of a suspicious male in the dumpster at
                Leatherwood and asked him to leave the area. He was found in the dumpster
                at Helder later in the day and banned from campus.

        1540 BURGLARY/LARCENY HELDER INVESTIGATION
                Two students in Helder reported that someone had entered their room
                while they were sleeping and stole a purse. The purse was found in the
                trash outside with $20 missing.

        2034 NARCOTICS SCOTT REFERRED
                A student reported that she had found a small amount of marijuana in her
                room. Officers referred the incident to Judicial Affairs.

        2300 WEAPON ON CAMPUS WATERTOWER LOT ARREST
                Officers arrested a male student for having a shotgun on campus after
                he was seen pointing the gun at a friend while making a video.
